To ensure a peaceful and respectful coexistence, please read carefully and follow the following rules:

Arrival and Departure:

• Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least two days in advance to best organize your welcome.
• Check-out Time: By 10:00 AM. Please leave the accommodation in tidy condition, free of personal belongings, and with waste disposed of as indicated.

Guests and Stay:

• The house is reserved exclusively for the number of people indicated in the booking. Any additional guests must be agreed upon in advance and may incur a surcharge.
• Parties or events that may disturb the peace of the residence and the neighborhood are not allowed. Costa Paradiso is a place that favors tranquility and mutual respect.

Rules of Conduct and Noise:

• Please observe respectful behavior towards other residents and holidaymakers, especially in common areas.
• It is recommended to avoid loud noises, especially during rest hours. The volume of radios, televisions, and outdoor conversations must be moderate.

No Smoking:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all holiday homes. Smoking is permitted exclusively outdoors, in open spaces, taking care to use ashtrays and not to dispose of cigarette butts in the environment.

Pets:

• Allowed upon request with prior approval from the host. Please specify the size, breed, and number of animals at the time of booking.
• Conditions or surcharges may apply.

Care of the Accommodation and Cleaning:

• Please treat the house and furnishings with care and respect. During your stay, it is your responsibility to take care of the normal cleaning of the accommodation (e.g., making beds, cleaning the hob after use, etc.).
• Before departure, the accommodation must be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and dishes washed.
• Final cleaning is not included in the price; there is an additional cost of €150.00.

Use of Utilities (Water and Electricity):

• In Sardinia, water is a precious resource. Please use it sparingly, avoiding waste.
• It is recommended to turn off the lights when you are not at home.

Waste Management (Separate Collection):

• A separate waste collection system is active in Costa Paradiso. Please strictly follow the instructions you will find in the house or that will be provided upon arrival. It is essential to separate waste correctly (organic, dry, paper, plastic, glass) and deposit it in the appropriate containers in the collection center located at the beginning of the village.
• Please do not leave bags of rubbish outside the house.

Damage and Breakdowns:

• Please report any damage or breakdowns found upon arrival or during your stay promptly.
• Any damage caused by negligence or improper use of furniture and equipment will be charged.

Safety:

• Please always lock doors and windows when you leave the house and during the night.
• Do not leave valuables unattended inside the house or in outdoor areas.
• Be careful when using stoves, ovens, and other electrical appliances.

Use of Pools or Common Areas:

• The residence provides its pool for guests; please maintain appropriate behavior in respect of other users.
• Please respect the condominium/residence regulations, which may be posted in common areas.
