Management Services: On site management services and maintenance service. Our management
team will also look after your clients if you would like to rent out your apartment.

Furniture: Egyptian Experience have their own furniture factory so they can provide a full furniture pack to make your life easy or what ever you choose to buy from them.

Taking over your apartment on completion: You will be met at the airport, taken to your apartment which will be ready to stay in, you will be given a snagging form to complete and any snagging issues will be dealt with straight away.

Housekeeping: There will be a full housekeeping service available.

Airport Collection and Get You In Packs: There will be a transport service to collect you and your guests from the airport and you can also order a Get You In Pack to save you rushing to the supermarket to get essentials.

Payment Terms: £1000 deposit to reserve your apartment, 25 % a month later and the remainder phased to completion.

Annual Maintenance: Covers Public landscaping maintenance, Security, Spraying insecticides as required, garbage collection, streets and public area maintenance, swimming pool maintenance and twice daily clean, water supply
and electricity maintenance and external public lighting.

Security: There will be an external wall around the complex and 24 hour security.

Flights: There are well established flights to Luxor international airport as Luxor has been a tourist resort for decades.

TOURISM: Luxor has magnificent weather all the year round but it is really too hot to visit the sites in the height of the summer.

20 minutes from Luxor international airport, 10 minutes from Luxor Temple and the centre of Luxor, 15 minutes from Karnak Temple, 15 minutes from the Colossi of Memnon, 25 minutes from the Valley of the Kings and Queens.

Just a few minutes from the bridge that goes from the East bank of Luxor to the West bank of Luxor.

Luxor is the world’s greatest outdoor museum filled with awe-inspiring monuments of ancient civilization. Testaments to a desire of immortality, built for eternity in sandstone and granite, the temples, tombs and palaces are surrounded by souqs and luxury hotels.
