Paris France is located in the north central part of France, in the region of Île-de-France. Paris is the capital of France and one of the most magnificent cities in the world, visited by over 75 million tourists each year.

The EuroStar train London/Paris which travels under the English Channel (Chunnel), connects these two great cities in 3 hours. The TGV train reaches the Côte Azur in the South of France in less than 4 hours.

Due to the very expensive property, Paris is not generally known as a buyers market, most Parisians prefer to rent. Since the arrival of the high-speed TGV train there has been a steady increase in Parisians buying a weekend/holiday home in the Provence-Var-Côte d’Azur region.
