Cuers
Cuers offers old lanes and houses dating from the 15th and 16th Centuries. Panoramic views stretching over acres of vines producing the famous Côtes of Provence (A.O.C.) wines. The local market is held on Friday mornings.
The City of Toulon is approximately a 15 minute drive from Cuers. Set between Marseille and Saint Tropez, its magnificent natural harbour provides a popular marina for many private boats and the point of embarkation for the ferries to Sardinia, Corsica and Italy. Many of the large cruise ships call at Toulon for tourists to enjoy a day of shopping and site-seeing.
The TGV High Speed train (under 4 hours from Paris) stops at Toulon Railway Station. Toulon/Hyères Airport 25 minutes (flights from UK, Brussels, Rotterdam, Paris). Nice Airport is 1 ¼ hours. The town of Hyères with its tropical vegetation, palm trees and beaches are a 20 minute drive.
