Forwarding correspondence when overseas

We can handle any letters that arrive for you when you're not at your property in France and we'll send them on so that you don't miss anything important.

Taking care of properties in your absence

It's always good to have someone to look in on your property while it's empty, to ensure it remains safe and sound.

Property maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential to keep your property in tip-top condition, but it can be a hassle to organise if you're not staying there regularly.

Garden maintenance

There�s nothing more unsightly than an unruly garden at an empty property. We can arrange a gardener to keep your garden neat and tidy all year round.

Organising trades

It�s good to know reputable companies that you can rely on to do repairs and maintenance, but it's not always easy to find someone when you don't know the area. We know the local trades and can put you in touch with the best company for the job.

Property rentals

If you decide to rent out your property as a holiday home when you're not there, we can help to ensure that your guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. We'll hold the keys for you, clean and tidy the property for your guests' arrival and provide them with a warm welcome.
